About Home Run Simulator:
Home Running Simulator” is yet another deplorable asset flip from serial offenders “Atomik Fabrik”. It’s again based on a template by Game Polygon, namely Tsunami Escape. The only visible change is the splash screen that now mentions Atomik Fabrik. As usual the game template was made for mobile and is extremely simple. You control a screaming man running for his life from a tsunami wave. To escape you have to reach a ship but there are completely nonsensical obstacles in the way. Controls work via WASD and work fine but the game play is severely lacking in depth. There’s a shop too but only for completely insanely priced skins. Graphics are low poly and clearly aimed at low power mobile devices. It’s pretty obvious the template is meant to be published as a mobile app with plenty of video ads in between levels/retries. Games like that usually have an extremely shallow gameplay loop because all they are good for is to make the developer that sweet advertisement money. Don’t fall for Atomik Fabrik’s continued asset flipping scheme and avoid this and all of their other drivel like the plague they are.the lore is vast, the quests are engaging, and more or less, there’s a good community. there’s sadly dead content, but of course there would be after over 20 years of frequent updates. there is some grinding involved, but most things have an afkable option, though not necessary. tons of fun to be had at every stage of the game, many friendships to be made, countless mysteries to explore, in the big wide world of gielinor.
