Overview Hyperglide:
Hyperglide lets you experience thrilling wingsuit action in beautiful worlds. It features infinite procedural levels, so every time you play, you’re presented with a new level to spice things up. To collect points, simply fly close to a wall, collect some gems, fly through waterfalls and birds flocks or try to find all five artifacts spread throughout the level. All this will stack in your trick-combo score and who knows, perhaps it will get you a spot in the global leaderboards. The closer and faster you fly to a wall, the more your points will multiply, so risky flying is rewarded but not required because after all, it’s most important that you don’t crash. Hyperglide supports controller, keyboard or mouse to steer. The controls are very easy to learn and it will only take you a few tries to get the hang of it. During a painfully stress-filled week, Hyperglide has genuinely been my salvation, and I am just so grateful. Personally, it feels to me like more than. I have over 40 hours in the beta for this game and can say wholeheartedly this is the best chill game in my library. It delivers a zen experience unlike any other. For those into the more competitive side, the controls are crisp and there are multiple leaderboard categories to compete in. I would compare it most to a roguelite where on each flight you explore the proceduraly generated level more and plan out your strategies for a big-scoring run Hyperglide is a fun game. As it stands, it is very reminiscent of Superflight and Volo Airsport, but with prettier visuals than Superflight and a nicer soundtrack than Airsport. It is a zen rogue-like that sees your character falling through procedurally generated worlds to collect points and rise your way through the leader boards. For the price, this game is well worth it, but I hope to see some improvements made as it ages..
