The game succeeds reasonably well at imitating the classic LucasArts games. However, I was not completely happy with it. The pixel-graphics were really nice, but the humor was hit-and-miss. There was too much fourth-wall breaking and self-referential humor, including the whole plot of the game being one big self-referential storyline. Not all characters were equally interesting. The puzzles varied between too easy and too hard, and some of them were just annoying (in particular the trivia questions and the final puzzle of the game for which you have to dig up the original kickstarter video for the game to be able to solve it The game has nine chapters. The first three of these were excellent — the humor was spot-on, the puzzles were doable with a bit of thinking, and the plot was nice. Chapter four started in a strong way, but pretty soon I found it became rather annoying. You control five characters at that time, who carry dozens and dozens of items (many of which are just red herrings), and several puzzles require rather illogical combinations of items.
