About One Piece Prime:
X drake and killer are really fun to play as, Ma D. monk urogue is a decent character but feels clunky. I wish his move set was more like the other 2 in this dlc, they have better move sets for sure. I had been waiting to play as Drake and he is fun to play as in both Dino form and human. I hope they add in jack next, or any of the beast pirate commanders. I played it all day today to see how it was. It has decent graphics; I enjoy the animations of the towers. However, I didn’t like how you can run out of Rune and Card space, so you need to buy more, but you might not have more silver to buy more space nor stars, so you have to get rid of runes or try to merge them. Well, I tried to merge all these runes with a 61% chance of getting better, but got one rune of the same quality and lost everything else. I can see why people could say it’s pay to win. IMO, the monetary system built into it just ruins it, and the strategy elements are lacking. One part is Solid Tower defense but mired in the pay-to-win model. In addition to the usual limit to towers taken on missions, your INVENTORY is limited for towers, spells, and runes separately. The game constantly dumps extremely situational stuff on you, or tower fragments (3 out of 100 of an ultra-rare? wtf?) to take up that space and force you to buy more slots – again for each thing separately. And just remember how much variety there is- there just to waste your space. The game almost never gives me slot 3 runes, but I’m swimming in situational Slot 1 or 4 runes. Oh and make sure you factor Tower Runes and Spell Runes are not interchangeable. Slot 1 Tower rune might extend your range 10%, but you need a completely different Slot 1 (or 3 or whatever) Spell Rune to expand a Spell radius 10%. Damage Boost rune might only apply to your initial damage, not the DoT
